A new floor of office space was due to be let out with the requirement of a new air condtioning installation. Universal Cooling designed and installed a new Mitsubishi quad air conditioning system to the open plan layout with two Misubishi split systems to the smaller offices.

All containment trunking was painted white to match the exising lighting and décor. Due to in sufficient roof space of the building, the condensers where installed at ground level. This also helps for easy access and regular maintenance. Our sister company Universal Electrical Contracts carried out the associated electrical works.
