Mitsubishi Electric is the world's leading supplier of split-system air conditioning.
With a broader base of installed systems than any other manufacturer, application
knowledge and devleopment expertise is unmatched. The European manufacturing plant
in Livingston, Scotland is the most advanced of its kind in Europe.
City Multi Technology brings important benefits. Compared to conventional
central plant air conditioning, the City Multi VRF range combines the greater
installation flexibility of 'multi-split' air conditioning type systems, with
improved efficiency, control and functionality.
Individual Control.
City Multi puts you in control of your air conditioning - locally or centrally.
The simplest control option for City Multi allows users to control their own conditions
via individual wall mounted remote control units with easy to read LCD graphics.
Central Control
The MJ-103 and MJ-180 wall mounted remote control units provide central control
for between 50 and 200 indoor air conditioning units. With advanced self-diagnostic
features, they can be used in isolation or in conjunction with local remote controllers
to give a high degree of flexibility. They also offer central control with local
'override' facilities. The use of a central control trategy can accomodate normal
working patterns and avoid energy wastage by setting appropriate temperature limits
and operation times.
Central PC-based control and BMS integration
The Mitsubishi Electric MJ 300 is a graphical based, operator interface, software
program operating within the Windows environment. The MJ 300 software allows control
and monitoring of up to 2000 indoor air conditioning units via an RS232 serial
interface. It is supported by a simple configuration routine that can be quickly
and easily modified to accomodate changing requirements. Sophisticated yet intuitive,
the MJ 300 provides highly energy efficient control solutions for larger air conditioning
installations where more than 50 units are employed. It can be retrofitted to
existing installations as well as being installed within new building projects.
Clear screen displays for program setup, monitoring and logging, give users a
high degree of control over running costs.
